Level 2 Coaching Dates and Application Form

KKA Level 2 Coaching Course Dates are as follows:

1. October 22nd at New Brompton = 7-10pm
2. October 29th at New Brompton = 7-10pm
3. November 26th at New Brompton = 7-10pm
4. January 7th at Fort Pitt = 8-10pm
5. January 14th at Fort Pitt = 8-10pm
6. January 21st at Fort Pitt = 8-10pm
7. January 28th at Fort Pitt = 8-10pm
8. February 4th at New Brompton = 7-10pm
9. March 3rd at Fort Pitt = 8-10pm

Level 2 Coaching Course - Directions

The level 2 coaching course starts Monday 22nd October 7pm-10pm at:
New Brompton College
Marlborough Road
Gillingham
ME7 5HT

Marlborough road joins the back entrance of Medway Hospital to the Black Lion leisure centre.

Directions to New Brompton College, Marlborough Road, Gillingham ME7 5HT

From the M2 junction 4 signposted to Gillingham

1. Turn left at the roundabout at the top of the slip road.
2. Straight ahead at the next 2 roundabouts
3. Left at the next big roundabout onto Watling Street. Tescos is on the right.
4. Straight ahead at the next roundabout (Honourable Pilot Pub is on the left)
5. Continue to a set of traffic lights with a Church on the right. Turn right at these lights into Rock Avenue. Signposted to Medway Hospital.
6. Take the 3rd turning on the left, Montgomery Road. Sign posted to Medway Hospital.
7. At the mini roundabout at the entrance of the hospital turn right into Windmill Road.
8. First left into York Avenue.
9. At the T junction turn right into Marlborough Road.
10. 50 yards turn left into the first school entrance. Difficult to see in the dark.
11. Immediately turn left and park by a privet hedge in an unmade car park.
12. Walk out of the entrance back on to the road and turn right towards the back entrance of the hospital.
13. At the large set of old metal gates turn right into the school. A security light should come on.
14. Walk through the gates and the blue hall doors are on the left.

Please remember that there might be a time when examinations are being held in the hall. The site managers will clear the hall for the course but we will be expected to put the tables out after the session. Hopefully this wont happen too often.

Invitatiion - National Championships for U16 Teams

The National Championships for Under 16 Teams will take place on Saturday 10th November at The Whitgift Centre, Croydon.

The Hall will be available from 9am until 6pm.

This year the Championships will be played to a finish to find the EKA National Championship Team for Under 16s.

Eligibility for the Competition
All players must be Under 16 on 1st September 2007. No exceptions will be made. No players may play up two age groups. i.e. U11 to U16.

A teams may enter but B teams may be omitted, subject to availability.

All clubs will be invoiced by the EKA and Cheques should be payable to David Hubbard, EKA Finance Officer, 3 Mill Lane, Blue Bell Hill, Chatham, Kent ME5 9RB

Application
Clubs must advise the Youth Competitions Co-ordinator that they wish to participate in this year’s Championships by Tuesday 1st November 2007. 
No applications will be accepted after that date.

Withdrawls
Any club that withdraws from the competiton after the final date of application, Tuesday 1st November 2007 will be liable to their full share of hall hire costs.

Presentation
The presentation to the runners-up and Champions will be made at the Championships. MVP awards may also be made at the Championships.
