The National Championships for Under 13 Teams will take place on Saturday 8th March at st Mary’s College, Twickenham.

The Hall will be available from 1pm until 7pm.

Eligibility for the Competition
All players must be Under 13 on 1st September 2007. No exceptions will be made.

A teams may enter, but B teams may be omitted, subject to availability.

Application
Clubs must advise the Youth Competitions Co-ordinator that they wish to participate in this year’s Championships by Sunday 2nd March 2008. No applications will be accepted after that date. Applications should be sent to:

The oldest rivals KKA and LDKA played the first inter-area competition today (16.2.08) at Swallows, Sittingbourne as KKA hosted the first event. The return will be played at Brixton Leisure Centre on 26th April 2009

Due to the heavy commitments of the U19 Squad members - training for 11th February has been cancelled.

KKA U16s will be taking this slot.

Good luck this weekend to the teams playing in the apeldoorn tournament. & Flaunders game in England.
The teams have been training hard, So will be using this as vital practice in preparation to a busy year.

This has been a tremendous year for the interest shown in the Kent Under 16 squad.

It was a hard decision to come up with the players selected from the initial September/October trials, we have tried to keep the younger players involved to keep up their development for the future and it is now even harder now to make another cut after the improvements and commitment seen by all the players.

Unfortunately, now is the time we really need to concentrate and focus our efforts upon the actual teams required to play in the upcoming competitions. This has meant we need to cut down the squad to a group of 10 girls and 10 boys. This has been a particularly difficult decision to make and much thought has gone into this selection both from the players ability and technique and their own input/feedback we received from them.
